Results: The results of the study indicate that the directors’ personal characteristics, such as age and gender do not have significant effect on their perceptions of moral principles. Additionally, of the various social characteristics examined in this paper, such as level of education, major, work experience and organizational position, only work experience has a significant correlation with the directors’ perception of moral principles, and the rest do not have a significant contribution to their perception of moral principles. Conclusion: The findings of the present study strongly suggest that more attention be given to moral principles and their perception by financial staff and executives of Universities of Medical Sciences across the country by offering courses on the development of code of ethics.}, keywords = {Personal Characteristics,Social Characteristics,Moral Principles,Universities of Medical Science}, title_fa = {بررسی تأثیر سازه‌های فردی و اجتماعی بر درک اصول اخلاقی بین مدیران مالی و بودجه دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی کشور}, abstract_fa = {مقدمه: پژوهش حاضر در راستای ارائه نگرشی جدید نسبت به اصول اخلاقی و شناخت بیش‌تر عقاید و دیدگاه اخلاقی مدیران مالی و بودجه، به بررسی تأثیر سازه‌های فردی و اجتماعی بر درک اصول اخلاقی پرداخته است. روش پژوهش: داده‌های مورد نیاز برای تجزیه‌ و تحلیل فرضیه‌های پژوهش با استفاده از پرسش‌نامه‌ پژوهشگر ساخته گردآوری شده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، مدیران مالی و بودجه دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی کشور است. بر این اساس، حجم جامعه آماری شامل 88  نفر است که در نهایت 44 پرسش‌نامه جمع‌آوری شده است. یافته‌ها: نتایج حاصل از پژوهش بیانگر این است که به طور کلی سازه‌های فردی شامل جنسیت و سن مدیران تأثیر معناداری بر درک اصول اخلاقی به‌وسیله مدیران مورد بررسی ندارد. همچنین، نتایج حاصل از بررسی فرضیه‌های مبتنی بر سازه‌های اجتماعی بیانگر این است که از بین سازه‌های اجتماعی شامل سطح تحصیلات، رشته تحصیلی، سابقه خدمت و پست سازمانی مدیران، تنها سابقه خدمت دارای رابطه معناداری با درک اصول اخلاقی در بین مدیران مالی و بودجه دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی کشور است و سایر موارد تأثیر معناداری بر درک اصول اخلاقی ندارد. نتیجه‌گیری: بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر، ضرورت توجه به اصول اخلاقی و برگزاری دوره‌های آموزشی- اخلاقی، به‌منظور ارتقای درک اصول اخلاقی به‌وسیله کارکنان و مدیران حوزه مالی دانشگاه‌های علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی سراسر کشور، بیش از پیش احساس می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {سازه‌های فردی,سازه‌های اجتماعی,اصول اخلاقی,دانشگاه علوم پزشکی و خدمات بهداشتی درمانی}, url = {https://jha.sums.ac.ir/article_16584.html}, eprint = {https://jha.sums.ac.ir/article_16584_b38c130240ee5f8299bd03a7a1518e41.pdf} }
