شناسایی و رتبهبندی عوامل نظام اطلاعاتی حسابداری مؤثر در فرآیند تصمیمگیری مدیران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد به روش سلسلهمراتبی
مقدمه: بخشهای مختلف هر سازمان، به منظور اثربخشی و کارآیی، نیازمند کنترلهای اقتضایی مرتبط به خود است. از جمله این کنترلها استفاده از نظام اطلاعاتی حسابداری است که میتواند در تعامل حرفهای حسابداران با مدیران در فرایند تصمیمگیری مدیران مؤثر واقع شود. بنابراین، شناخت متقابل کارکردها و انتظارهای کارکنان حسابداری و مدیران سطوح مختلف از یکدیگر در راستای تحقق هدفهای سازمان مفید بوده و ارزش افزوده ایجاد میکند. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نوع، توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعهآماری پژوهش شامل رئیس دانشگاه، معاونان دانشگاه، مدیر مالی، معاونان مدیر مالی، رؤسای واحدهای تابعه و کارشناسان مسئول مالی در ادارات و واحدهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد به تعداد 133 نفر است. در این پژوهش عوامل پیشزمینهای مؤثر بر اساس پژوهشهای پیشین، شناسایی و با استفاده از نظر گروه خبرگان به تعداد 62 عامل در قالب 8 شاخص انتخاب شد. سپس، ابزار پرسشنامه برای مقایسه زوجی شاخصها به روش تحلیل سسلهمراتبی طراحی و اجرا شد. یافتهها: از نظر آزمودنیها شاخصهای «کیفیت اطلاعات و گزارشها» و «بهبود مستمر اطلاعات و گزارشها» نسبت به سایر شاخصها اهمیت بیشتری دارد و شاخصهای «کفایت نظام اطلاعاتی حسابداری در برآوردهکردن نیازهای اطلاعاتی مدیران» و «آگاهی مدیران از نقش و قابلیتهای نظام اطلاعاتی حسابداری» نسبت به سایر شاخصها اهمیت کمتری دارد. نتیجهگیری: شاخصهای «کیفیت اطلاعات و گزارشها» و «بهبود مستمر اطلاعات و گزارشها» نقاط قوت نظام اطلاعاتی حسابداری دانشگاه است که نیازمند نظارت مستمر بر تهیه اطلاعات و گزارشها بوده و به دلیل ماهیت فعالیتهای پزشکی با پیچیدگی قابلتوجه همراه است. همچنین، شاخصهای «کفایت نظام اطلاعاتی حسابداری در برآوردهکردن نیازهای اطلاعاتی مدیران» و «آگاهی مدیران از نقش و قابلیتهای نظام اطلاعاتی حسابداری» از جمله نقاط ضعف آن است. بنابراین، ارزیابی و تقویت نظام اطلاعاتی حسابداری از طریق ایجاد کنترلهای داخلی مربوط به منظور تأمین نیازهای اطلاعاتی مدیران و بهروزرسانی اطلاعات مدیران برای آگاهی بیشتر آنان در زمینه نظام اطلاعاتی حسابداری ضرورت دارد.

اثر فرسایش قدرت خودکنترلی بر کیفیت قضاوت و تصمیمگیری حسابرسان (آزمون نظریه فرسایش قدرت خودکنترلی)
مقدمه: با نزدیک شدن به پایان دوره مالی، فشار کاری حسابرسان دوچندان میشود و همین موضوع، فشار زیادی را بر ذهن آنان برای خودکنترلی وارد میکند. در واقع، این موضوع بستری را فراهم میکند تا قدرت قضاوت و تصمیمگیری حسابرسان تحت تأثیر قرار گیرد. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و از نظر روش گردآوری دادهها، جزء پژوهشهای همبستگی است. نمونه پژوهش متشکل از 98 نفر حسابرس مشغول به کار در مؤسسههای حسابرسی است. در این پژوهش با بکارگیری آزمون اثر استروپ، فرسایش قدرت خودکنترلی هارلی مورد سنجش قرار گرفته و همچنین، از مقیاس کیفیت قضاوت و معیار سنجش تردید حرفهای و اعتماد به نفس هارت استفاده شده است. یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که فرسایش قدرت خودکنترلی بر تردید حرفهای و کیفیت قضاوت حسابرسان تأثیر منفی و معنیداری دارد اما اثر فرسایش قدرت خودکنترلی بر اعتماد به نفس حسابرسان معنیدار نیست. نتیجهگیری: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر به مؤسسههای حسابرسی و کارفرمایان حسابرسان توصیه میشود از تحت فشار قرار دادن حسابرسان در یک زمان کوتاه خودداری کنند. همچنین، پیشنهاد میشود جلساتی برای حسابرسان برگزار و به آنان آرامش ذهنی آموزش داده شود تا از این طریق بتوانند خستگی خود را هنگام کار کاهش دهند.

بررسی رابطه بین سلامت عمومی حسابداران و ادراک آنان از سبک رهبری مدیران در شرکتهای دولتی شهر کرمان
مقدمه: نقش سلامت حسابداران در ایفای درست وظیفه حساس نگهبانی از سلامت مالی شرکتها کاملاً برجسته است؛ حسابداران این وظیفه را تحت نظارت و رهبری مدیران انجام میدهند. از این رو، بررسی رابطه بین وضعیت سلامت عمومی حسابداران با ادراک آنان از سبک رهبری مدیران از اهمیت بالایی برخودار است. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی بوده و در قالب یک بررسی همبستگی انجام شده است. نمونه پژوهش شامل تعداد 106 نفر از حسابداران شاغل در شرکتهای دولتی شهر کرمان در سال 1396 است که از طریق نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدهاند. در این پژوهش برای جمعآوری دادهها از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد سلامت عمومی گلدبرگ و هیلر و پرسشنامه سبک رهبری لیکرت و لیکرت و برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون تی تک نمونهای، ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که به باور بیشتر حسابداران سبک رهبری حاکم در محیط کار آنان، مشاورهای است. همچنین، حسابداران از نظر نشانههای بدنی و اضطراب و اختلال خواب، وضعیت مطلوبی ندارند. افزون براین، سلامت عمومی و مؤلفههای آن رابطه معنیداری با ادراک حسابداران از سبک رهبری دارد و ادراک از سبک رهبری در بین حسابداران متفاوت است. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به وضعیت سلامت عمومی حسابداران و آثار آن بر ادراک از سبک رهبری مدیران، لازم است شرکتهای دولتی به منظور اعمال رهبری مشارکتی به عنوان ابزار اصلی ارتقاء سلامت حسابداران اقداماتی انجام دهند. از جمله این اقدامات میتوان به مواردی مانند ارتباطات درست حرفهای، ترغیب کار گروهی، افزایش آزادی عمل و تفویض اختیار نسبی به کارکنان، کاهش تعارضات و ابهامات شغلی و ارتقاء نرمافزارهای کاربردی حسابداری اشاره کرد.

بررسی اثر حساسیت زیستمحیطی بر رابطه بین افشای مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت و مزیت رقابتی
مقدمه: شرکتها با انجام اقداماتی در رابطه با حفظ محیطزیست و بهبود آن، جایگاه خود را در بین رقبا بیش از پیش ارتقا داده و مزیت رقابتی کسب میکنند. در این راستا، پژوهش حاضر اثر حساسیت زیستمحیطی بر رابطه بین افشای مسئولیت اجتماعی و مزیت رقابتی شرکتهای پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران را بررسی میکند. روش پژوهش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ روش انجام پژوهش، توصیفی-همبستگی است. نمونه پژوهش شامل 147 شرکت پذیرفتهشده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در بازه زمانی 1395-1390 است. برای اندازهگیری مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت از روش تحلیل محتوا مبتنی بر بازبینه (چک لیست) اطلاعات و کُدگذاری آن و برای تعیین مزیت رقابتی از شاخص سرمایه فکری استفاده و فرضیههای پژوهش با بهرهگیری از رگرسیون چندگانه و روش حداقل مربعات معمولی آزمون شد. یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان میدهد که با افزایش افشای اطلاعات در مورد مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت، مزیت رقابتی کاهش مییابد. همچنین، حساسیت زیستمحیطی بر رابطه بین افشای مسئولیت اجتماعی شرکت و مزیت رقابتی مؤثر است. نتیجهگیری: برای تأمین منافع جامعه در حوزه زیستمحیطی، باید شرکتهای حساس نسبت به مسائل زیستمحیطی فعالیتهای بیشتری انجام دهند تا بتوانند به طور مناسب نقش خود در این زمینه را ایفا کنند. همچنین، این شرکتها باید اقدامات انجام شده خود در حوزه زیستمحیطی را به طور مناسب افشاء کنند.

پیامدهای بکارگیری استانداردهای حسابداری بخش عمومی از دیدگاه مسئولیت پاسخگویی در چارچوب چکلیست نشان ملی پاسخگویی (مطالعه موردی: بیمارستانهای دولتی استان فارس)
مقدمه: با توجه به اهمیت پاسخگویی مالی بیمارستانهای دولتی، شناسایی شاخصهای ارزیابی پاسخگویی مالی در این بیمارستانها حائز اهمیت است؛ به نحوی که در غیاب شاخصهای مناسب و مشخص، ایفای مسئولیت پاسخگویی بیمارستانها و ارزیابی آن به وسیله مردم، دشوار یا غیرممکن است. بر همین اساس، این پژوهش به بررسی ایفای مسئولیت پاسخگویی مالی بیمارستانها در چارچوب چکلیست نشان ملی پاسخگویی پرداخته است. روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش حاضر اکتشافی پیمایشی و از نوع نظرسنجی است. نمونه پژوهش شامل تعداد 101 نفر از مدیران مالی، رؤسای حسابداری و مسئولان بودجه بیمارستانها و درمانگاههای دولتی استان فارس در سال 1397 است. در این پژوهش از آزمونهای «تی یک نمونهای» و «آزمون میانه» استفاده شده است. یافتهها: از دیدگاه صاحبنظران، شاخصهای مندرج در چکلیست نشان ملی پاسخگویی شامل شناسایی اقلام صورت وضعیت مالی، شناسایی اقلام صورت تغییرات در وضعیت مالی، ارائه اقلام گردش حساب تغییرات در ارزش خالص، ارائه اقلام صورت مقایسه بودجه و عملکرد، افشای اطلاعات یادداشتهای توضیحی صورتهای مالی و معیارهای عمومی زمینهای را برای ارتقای مسئولیت پاسخگویی مالی بیمارستانهای دولتی فراهم میکند. نتیجهگیری: مدیران بیمارستانها و مسئولان مالی دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی و وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی باید در راستای شفافیت و پاسخگویی مالی بیشتر، بسترهای مناسبی را برای گزارشگری مالی بخش عمومی در چارچوب موارد افشای (شاخصهای) چکلیست نشان ملی پاسخگویی در بیمارستانها ایجاد کنند.

تحلیل هزینههای مستقیم بیماران بستری منتظر دریافت ضربانساز (مطالعه موردی: مرکز آموزشی درمانی شهید مدنی تبریز)
مقدمه: هزینههای مربوط به درمان بیماران قلبی-عروقی بخش عمدهای از هزینههای بهداشتی و درمانی را تشکیل میدهد. از این رو، بررسی هزینههای این بیماران دارای اهمیت است. برای این منظور در پژوهش حاضر هزینههای مستقیم مربوط به بیماران بستری منتظر دریافت ضربانساز در مرکز آموزشی درمانی شهید مدنی تبریز از دیدگاه بیمارستان تحلیل شده است. روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-مقطعی بوده و در آن تعداد 135 بیمار دریافتکننده ضربانساز دائم در سال 1395 بررسی شده است. در این پژوهش میانگین هزینه کل به ازای هر بیمار، هزینه هر روز بستری در بخشهای عادی و مراقبتهای ویژه، میزان صرفهجویی هزینه در صورت دریافت به موقع ضربانساز به تفکیک سهم بیمار و بیمه، درصد هزینه پرداختشده به وسیله بیماران و هزینه بهرهوری از دست رفته به ازای روزهای بستری اضافی محاسبه شده است. یافتهها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان میدهد که مجموع هزینه کل بیماران برای تعبیه ضربانساز در سال 1395 در روزهای انتظار در حدود 2 میلیارد ریال، میانگین هزینه به ازای هر بیمار در حدود 20 میلیون ریال و میانگین هزینه به ازای هر روز بستری حدود 3 میلیون ریال است. در طول روزهای بستری، میانگین هزینه هر بیمار و میانگین هزینه روز بستری در بخش سیسییو، به ترتیب، در حدود 29 و 4 میلیون ریال و همچنین، میانگین هزینه هر بیمار و میانگین هزینه روز بستری در بخش آیسییو، به ترتیب، در حدود 92 و 6 میلیون ریال است. افزون براین، هزینه بهرهوری از دست رفته به ازای هر بیمار در حدود 2 میلیون ریال محاسبه شد. نتیجهگیری: افزایش روزهای انتظار بیماران موجب افزایش هزینههای بیمارستان و سازمانهای بیمهگر میشود. از این رو، با اتخاذ راهکارهای مناسب برای کاهش روزهای انتظار بیماران (به عنوان نمونه، اولویتبندی بیماران بر اساس اصول علمی متناسب با منابع مالی و اقتصادی و تدوین دستورعمل بالینی مناسب) میتوان در هزینههای سلامت صرفهجویی کرد و بیمههای سلامت میتوانند در تخصیص منابع مالی به صورت کاراتری عمل کنند.
