Publication Ethics

Code of Practice on Ethics of the Journal is as follows:

Author (authors) Responsibility:  

1-      Author/s play/s significant role in writing, presenting the research topic, designing a study, collecting and analyzing the data.

2-      Author/s should be responsible for the authenticity of the paper contents.

3-       The order of authors must be specified in the list of authors based on their contribution to the paper through the collective agreement.

4-      Declaration of any false institution, company, or center which are not involved in conducting the research or the author’s profession is unethical.

5-      In the case that the paper has been published in another journal, in print or electronic, or it is under consideration for publication elsewhere, submitting the same paper by the author(s) is unethical. Also, if the author(s) of a paper, which is under consideration for publication elsewhere, decides to submit that paper in this journal due to any reason, they must provide their withdrawal letter in written form and then it must be approved by the other journal.

6-      Using a part or all parts of published or unpublished materials and ideas of other people without declaring their sources is unethical.

 

 

Editor-in-Chief and Editorial Board Responsibility:

 

1-      The Editor-in-Chief must obey laws on confidentiality in his own jurisdiction while papers are under review.

2-      The Editor-in-Chief is fully authorized to make decision and fulfil his duties (including accepting or rejecting the papers).

3-      The Editor-in-Chief and editorial board must select a reviewer(s) who is qualified and experienced enough for each paper revision. The selected referee(s) must not be bias.

4-      The Editor-in-Chief is accountable for choosing and prioritizing the received papers without any bias and considering technical and scientific features and irrelevant factors have no effect in this regard.  

5-      The journal holds the copyright under the supervision of its Editor-in-Chief and authors’ rights are reserved.

 

Reviewer(s)’ Responsibility:

1-      Reviewer/s must provide unbiased review of the article and merely consider technical and scientific features of it.

2-      Reviewer/s should not accept an article if the article has a conflict of interest. 

3-      The reviewer/s should treat all submissions as confidential, and they should not use the contents of the article elsewhere.

4-      Reviewer/s must regard the strengths and weaknesses of the article and likely suggest the author/s some solutions to solve the problems. In doing so, they must respect the independent thinking of the author.

Plagiarism: The articles subscribes to plagiarism checkers.

Copyright: Author(s) grant(s) all their rights to the journal. It is required to mention that each author can use his article by citing the published work.
